Radio Lights Out

1999 Silverado Z-71

The lights behind the #2 and #5 buttons on my radio went out the other day. I think I know the answer but here goes...

Are these lights servicable?

Maybe, but unless you have electronics skills then it's not worth the price. You will have to pull the deck out, take it apart, and replace the lights.

All mine are out on my radio. Best bet is to get an after market one.

I second that. Most aftermarket ones sound better anyways.

The only way to fix it is to physically replace the lights, your better off with an aftermarket, as that trucks electrical system isnt to complicated.
