Southbay as far as the heads check out Air flow research. Thunder racing has them. They are carb exempt and have carb #'s stamped on the side of them. I have been looking at these for a while.

not shorties though. Look at the picture of their shorties for our trucks on their website. They are exactly the same as all the other shorties. No difference at all, just has their name attached to it. Plus everyone I've talked to (which is quite a few now) has told me that shorties don't help our trucks at all. Why spend so much money on something that you aren't gonna get any gains out of? If you just want them cause they look good you can get some much cheaper chrome headers on Summit Racing. Edelbrock makes a chrome pair for a lot cheaper!

I just got off the phone w/ a few places ....I can't do long tubes since I live in CA and I don't have a smog exept vehicle. The reason being: Long tubes would require the cats to be relocated....which is illegal.
So, if I do swap headers, I have to get shorty's. Doug Thorley says their shorties will get me 11 more hp for $495.00.
