so i decided to buy a truck and make it a project truck, its a 1995 Chevy K1500 4x4 ext. cab, ive been working on it for about 2-3 days now, im at the point where im buying parts to put on it, it needs a rear drive shaft as the oem one that came with it is now MIA. ive been to a few local junk yards with no success, i have however found found a drive shaft sitting in a 2wd ext cab silverado, around a 94-98 not sure on its exact year...does anyone know if its drive shaft will work? or could you post pictures so i know what im looking for? thanks!

 

They are becoming a thing of the past but most axle shops can make you a drive shaft fairly cheap
