replacing head light bulb

replacing head light bulb

i know this sounds silly. I have a 1997 Z71 it has a storage box right behind the Driver side head light. i removed the bolt i seen there and uncliped it but it still wont come out. What am i missing here.

Are you talking about the secondary battery tray?
