I just started restoring a 1980 C-10 with my step son. I've owned and worked on old chevy trucks all my life but I've never undertaken a restoration of this magnitude.

I'm an experienced body man and an OK mechanic but I need some serious help with this one. My step son is 13 and we are restoring the truck for him so we have 3 years to complete the project.

We intend to tear this truck down completly. I mean every peice, part, nut, bolt etc., etc., etc.

I'm looking for the most comprehensive manual(s) available. Mainly what I need is something that shows detailed schematics because I know Iwon't remember where every little part goes.

Any advice would be appreciated.
