where is the best place to get rims, without spendinga grand on rims and tires. im only looking for 17s.

What are you looking for exactly? I have a guy here in PA who gets the factory wheels and tires for GM, Dodge, Ford and Yota. Alot of them have 0 miles on them. They are all perfect. I paid $375 for 17" GMC six spoke aluminum wheels with Goodyear Wranglers on them. (Mine had a few miles on them but thay where perfect). Escalade 20" wheels and tires started around $600.
