Your answer is yes but you have to understand the problems, 24' wheels are by far heavier then the factory wheels and require more power to turn them. That power produces more force apon all of the components they are connected to such as axles, driveshafts, u-joints and trans. What also has to be considered is that the weight is sprung much farther out on the wheel so not only are you dealing with just pound for pound weight but also centrifical force. What you need to ask your self is not will it harm the truck but do you want to pay for repairs in the future if you install them. (I install custom wheels for a living and know from experiance not just blowing smoke)
