Default ON Spy Problem/Issue/Question

I have a 2011 Silverado and have been paying for On-Spy from the get go (10/2011). Since new, the on-line oil life/mileage history files have not worked. Also, the "on-demand" diagnostic email has not functioned. The diag feature was later removed from their Website. The monthly diagnostic emails have always come in.

I called the service center, I pressed the "Blue Button" and it does not seem to have done any good.

Has anyone else had difficulty getting things like this straightened out with these characters?
I know I'm paying too much to be watched but the spousal unit insists.

Thanks
GD

Spousal Unit insists!?!?
I'd love to know WHY?

I can't say I have anything to contribute to your problem.
When I bought my truck I was invited to push the button to activate my 3 mouths of free On Star.
The only part of the feature that impressed me was the fact they could track your vehicle if it was stolen or even stop it.

It's a long story.
I'm with you on the "if stolen" part but they don't need me to activate the system to do that. I'm pretty sure a request from the boys in blue would get it done PDQ.

A little more info on the issue. On my end I tried enabling cookies, redirecting, pop-ups and even the dreaded Windows Explorer. All to no avail.
