Default stock trailer inside auxillary lights won't work

i've got a 2003 silverado that when i hook my trailer to it all the outside lights work (brake, running, blinkers) but my inside lights don't work. i've been told that there is a fuse that will make these light's work. anyone have any info on this.

Are you referring to the lights in the truck or the trailer? Your subject title and questions do not match or make sence. If it is the truck lights do they work inside before you hook the trailer up to the it? And if the lights in the trailer do not work after you hook up? I would say check teh ground connection some where. Need more info as I mentioned.

There is a fuse that you need to get, I forget what it is but any parts shop should know. We had the same issue with our 05 Featherlite STL Stock trailer.

I don't notice anything wrong with their post Timber74....
