There are many other threads about this same topic and many opinions reguarding this. Try reading some of the other ones and they should answer all of your questions and more like price and where to get them. Most people have seen about 1-2 MPG increase. If you want power gain numbers you may want to look at the manufactures pages. I think that most in here have Airaid or Volant TBS. But definiently read the older threads. It will help you out. (instead of waiting on people to post back on this thread)

What the heck man?! When did most of us say that?! Everybody on here who has bought a Trans Dapt throttle body spacer has noticed improved mid range power. Doesn't really affect throttle response. I bought Trans Dapt's "Torque Curve" spacer for my 4.8 liter and I mainly noticed an increase in mid range power, which is exactly where I needed it. It also only costed me $62 to my doorstep from Summit Racing! Can't beat it.

Umm, what are you running? Year/motor? If you've got a 4.8, 5.3, or 6.0, i'd recommend shopping on Summit Racing for a Trans Dapt. Only reason being, I have heard SEVERAL people's feed back on them and no one I've talked to has had anything negative to say about them. Best price on one too!

Yeah, 03 2500 6.0. Didn't notice anything. Plus its a tight tight fit, the intake tube is slammed against the radiator shroud. Thinking about taking it off and using it as a paperweight.
