Default Torque specs.

Im looking for the torque specs on my silverado's knock sensors and intake manifold bolts. "torquespecs.com" only has the s-10 listed, and im not buying alldata right now. I bought a torque wrench in inch pounds, and I think that may be wrong. Should I go return it and grab a foot pound one? Please reply quick, I can still get to sears before they close!

Intake manifold is about 18 ft lb (also known as a two finger pull lol).

Knock sensor is about 15 if I remember correctly.

Awesome, thanks man. I was stressin over that, The dealership, autozone, and websites wouldnt say anything. As long as I have a window of ft lbs to work with im happy. I need to head back to sears now and grab a ft lb torque wrench.

Thanks for your help!

According to the manual the intake should be torqued in 2 steps.
Step 1 - 44 in lbs
Step 2 - 89 in lbs
There isn't a spec given for the knock sensor so I would just snug it.

Uh, so thats two pretty different answers, 89 in lbs = 7.416 ft lbs.

I just had to do one and those are the specs I used - it has been perfect. Those numbers are right out of the Chilton book.
