Default trouble installing servo

I jacked up the passenger side of the truck and started to remove everything just like the video posted showed...but the inner housing and the servo pen assembly will not come out because there is not enough clearance. WTF. It seems as though I have to drop the tranny to do this and from what everyone said all I had to do is jack the right side of the truck up.

Am I doing something wrong?!?!?

Please respond ASAP thanks everyone!!!

It will come out, you just have to angle it and work it a little. Just be patient and think what you are doin cuz I get frustrated real easy and this was a chore my first time. Trust me it will come out.

I got it in...with a hell of a lot of tinkering.

Thanks Ruffneck

Cool man! Let us know how she runs. Give it a few days for the PCM to adjust line pressure.

so how long does it usually take for the servo kit to break in? I have been driving for about a week now and its sticking and just doesn't want to shift from first to second. Is this normal?

That sounds like thats from a wrong installation. There is a seal that goes on one way. It has a beveled edge. You need to check that by taking it out again for inspection.

I'm going to pull it all out and fix it today. I watched the installation video again on the other post and did not see anything about a seal. So just to make sure it gets done right, where is that seal you are talking about located?
