I don't remember what brand they are but I know it comes factory with iridiums. The plugs are supposed to be good for 100,000 miles though. Don't know about the wires. As far as the diff fluid, I highly recommend royal purple. I haven't tried it in my truck yet but I put that stuff in my 240sx and my Z28 and it worked great. The Z28 started whining after a couple hundred miles with it but after I added some posi-x (I think that's what it was... some kinda diff additive) it was perfect.

I think Amsoil offers a dif fluid. After my last oil change, on 1.5 mpg more, everything in my truck will be Amsoil.

apparently its best to use the factory plugs, but i put bosch platinum/irridium fusion plugs in my truck and they are working great... only 500 miles so far but it idles smoother definitely

I've never tried Amsoil but I here good things about it. Though after trying Royal Purple I am a firm believer in spending the extra buck for that stuff! That stuff actually FIXED the tranny in my 240sx, no joke. It was making a crunch racket when I switched gears and kinda hard to shift unless I put the clutch in and waited about 2 seconds to put it in the next gear. The royal purple totally fixed it!! Never mind that it's like $12 a quart..........[&:]

So the tune up hit a little road block, went to change the Diff fluid and after seeing the Diff cover I decided it needed to be replaced due to rust. The problem was the dealer came up with two rearend options 9.5 and 10.5 inch bought both thinking I would return the one I did not use but it turns out I have an 11.5 dealer has to order the 11.5 so I am SOL until Monday. It is always funny to hear a dealer say "I've never seen that before".

Does anyone have any plug wire suggestions, looking at Tayor, MSD and one that I saw on here I think JBA -SC_Chevy_installed and did a write up.

I'd just go with your basic Autozone wires. There is no performance gain to be had there.

Many choices on decent plugs...but don't go for gimmick plugs...just good ones.

Wires..get delco..or Belden...no thrifty shop wires.

but also remember, larger wire, more spark. So look for something in the 9mm range.

Not to create an argument with you, but you won't get any more spark by installing bigger diameter plug wires. I did some research on that a while back and it is all up to the coils as far as how much spark your getting. I also know MANY people who have purchased the MSD wires or Accel wires and didn't notice any change at all, just to back up my point. It's a waste of money. When I get wires I usually just get the cheaper ones like Xact from Advance Auto Parts. They were just as good as anything else.
