well guys thakns 4 all the advice....i went ahead and did the new custom exhaust.......and it sounds fantastic....better than any flowmaster...the it has better throttle responce and i cant even here anything on the highway.....if anyone has a v6 silverado i would highly recomend this to them....the total price 4 the mufflers and y-pipe off ebay and the custom bent pipes was 150 dollars.....and my truck doesnt sound like a weed eater eather.....if yall were wondering........solid sound 4 a solid price........

I also did not know this was a 6 cylinder, but still would say flomaster. But if you put it near the cab it is going to be loud, and tinny with a 6 cylinder. Where didi the "tuner" pipe exit? I just don't know much about 6 cylinder engines, I have always had V-8 due to towing needs.

 

Just curious why you needed the Y pipe. Can you also post some pics

 

The y pipe was for the duals.....i ran a cat back straight back over the axle and right into 2 tuner mufflers...give me some time and im ganna get some pics and c if i can get a video on here....just alittle hard over the xmas time...
