What is the best Programmer for the $
I have a 99 Z71 Reg. Cab. I have the flowmaster 40 series duals, and the k&n 77 series air intake. I was wanting to get a programmer that is the best all around. I was looking in the range of $200 and $400. Also, I just turned 90k miles. Will a programmer be a good thing or a bad thing for my millage.
