I have a 02 that still looks like new but has 256K miles on it. Original motor and trans and still carries 60 psi when started up and 40 at warm idle. No piston slap either. So everyone tell us what's the highest mileage you've had on these trucks.

 

my work truck rolled over 300,000 last month. 99 sierra 1500 v6, granted it's on it's second tranny lol

 

2001 GMC Sierra Duramax 2wd Work truck at my dads company

Just rolled over 380,000. All they do is change the oil and put tires on it

 

97 Suburban....226000

 

2001 5.3 ECSB just built the tranny Stage II, but the motor has 217k. Fixin to put a high lift cam in it too. Many more miles to go. Then will find a 6.0 to build and put in.

 

That's awesome guys, I'm starting to feel better already. I don't know if the Duramax in the above post counts though, those will run forever.

my dads 94 1500 is around 346xxxish and goes throught more oil than gas lol

 

97 k1500 sitting on 230,000 with one trans and one rear end. but it was a farm truck for the first 223k pulling a 10 thousand pound tractor and trailer behind it... daily driver now
