throttle body coolant bypass, and remove the pads. Then maybe headers? I forget all you have already. Is your signature up to date on your mods? After those - headers.

Do you think the trottle body coolant bypass and removing the pads are worth it or does it just get better power or does it help on gas milage? And yes my signature is up to date. And i have heard headers dont do that much plus are hard to keep sealed. And again do they do more for power or do they help with gas milage to. Thanks i dont get to race much anyways so i want gas milage over power for now maybe when i can get another truck i will look at power.

Yes removing the pads and coolant bypass help a little with milage. Just think cooler air, so more air, better combustion, so less skinny pedal input needed. And yes headers will get you better milage, makes the exhaust flow better. I did alot of research, so looking the way mine is done is the best bang for the buck. I hate wasting money as I don't have much so I look around alot. I just may have screwed up on the exhaust.

Hey on your coolant bypass did you just get a long hose from one outlet to the other or did you put the two togather? Also do you just run one hose from one side to the other on your trottle body?

If you take the hose from the passenger side it will reach to the driver side connection on block. You just have to move the clips attached to the main coolant hose. And if you buy long 1/4 inch vaccuum line plugs you can plug the holes on the throttle body. Look at my post on throttle body coolant bypass for the pics (page 3)

Now do you think i can remove the pads and do the throttle bypass and keep it year round or do i have to change the throttle bypass during winter? What will it do if i am in say 0 degree weather sometime. Will it hurt my engine?

Will it hurt your engine - NO WAY. All it is for is to help with starting and warm up your motor. I don't know how cold it gets there and if it stays cold. I think you will be fine though, unless it stays below 20 degrees for a long time.
