Rear windows on extended cab 2003 1500 make wind noise.I have had them repaired 2 times and it lasts for a little while but then starts again,

maybe the latch?

 

try using black magic to clean and oil the plastic as it doesn't dry it out. Armoral and others dry it out unless one regularly

Latch is tight.
What is black magic?
When I had it repaired(in warrenty) they took the window out and replaced the frame. they told me the hinge was broken.However the warrenty is gone now.
The only time it ever gets opened is when grandson is in the back and opens the latch before I can tell him not too.
. Wonder if I could seal the thing up with something like silicone or ???? and not make it look bad.

My dad's truck does the same thing, but I've noticed I can push on the open/close lever a little bit and the noise goes away. Maybe you could figure out a way to tighten that up. I've haven't bothered to lookat it cause its not my problem but maybe there is an adjustment on there or something.
