I Have A 99 Gmc Sierra 2500 Ext Cab. Sometimes When I Roll Down The Windows (electric) They Squeak, Sometimes It IsEar PiercingIm Sure Something Just Needs To Be Greased Or Oiled Or Something. A Friend Of Mine Has A Similar Chevy Of The Same Year And It Does The Same Thing. If Anyone Can Tell Me How To Fix This It Would Be Appreciated.

Also Sometimes The Passenger Door Makes A Squeaky Noise When I Open It. How Do I Grease That To Make It Stop? The Drivers Side Had Been Doing It Too, But When It Was In The Shop The Guys Had The Door Off And Said They Greased It Up Good And Its Been Fine Since, But Im Not Going To Pay Them To Do It Since Im Sure Its Simple And Cheap.

open up your door and spray some lubercant on the hindges that should take care of the door sqeak im not sure about how to fix the window sqeak though

 

I spray the window tracks with silcon spray. That usually takes care of it for about six months then I have to spray it again. You can also spray the rubber door seals to keep your doors from freezing shut in bad weather with the silcon spray. Most auto parts stores carry some brand.
