wiring 99 gmc 1500

Default wiring 99 gmc 1500
put a heater core in new body style truck broke a black box mounted on top of dash right above cluster on right hand side with blue plug in. Anybody tell me what it is? Thanks

push button 4x4 box that plugs into the dash to let the buttons stick through?
