Default 1981 K30 rear lift

Hi.

I have a K30 with a 4 inch lift with rear blocks. I am looking to replace the old original rear leaf springs with 4 inch lifted leafs and not use the 4inch blocks. I would like to keep the 1ton suspension for towing and hauling. I have contacted several companies and while many make a rear 4 inch arched leaf springs they are all 1/2 ton. Someone said to get one and add an add a leaf to it to increase the load capacity. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this situation. Thinking I may need to get a 2 or 3 inch rear leaf and then when I add an add a leaf or 2 it will make the overall truck lift 4 inches.
