I have a 1993 Ford F-250 with the 7.3 liter idi. When I turn the key off the engine does not shut off and some of the gauges and dash lights are still partially on. I have replaced the entire steering column assembly as well as the ignition parts and nothing changed. Can anyone help me please I am getting frustrated.

Update: Pulled fuse for glo plugs and fuel shut off solenoid and unplugged pump solenoid and had no backflow of electricity.
