I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota Sport 3.9L and I can't decide on whether I want to lower and add some HP and a new exhaust/muffler to it, as well as other modifications, or put paddle tires on it along with more HP and nitrous for the Sand Dunes...

It would make more sense to go with something I could get my money's worth, but at the same time... it'd be a blast to have a truck that could go out to the Silver Lake Sand Dunes with everyone else and have a great time!
