Default 2000 ECM or PCM problem

I have a 2000 dakota that is giving me alot of problems. At first my brake and ABS light came on and off intermintantly then one day it just stayed on. That day also the speedometer quite working, but after about 20 miles or so it worked for a few minutes then went dead. I then got an engine light a few miles later. I ran the dtc code and ended up with a code P0500 ( Veh speed sensor malfunction ) and a P0138 ( O2 sensor circut high volt bank 1 sensor 2). So i got the parts and went and changed them well one of them, the speed sensor. I then started my truck up and got no engine light but no speed reading. So i check the codes again and got a go. Now the truck is lunging when i accelerate in a high gear. It sounds like it wants to kick into passing gear and then it just falls out and bogs down. Does any one have a clue what might be happening?

ok..if the sensor and wiring is good, its gotta be some communications malfunction in the cluster or pcm...sounds like dealer time.
