air box tube?

Default air box tube?

alright i have 2 hoses going into my air box.. the big one that takes air into the engine and theres a much smaller one thats not connected to anything and i think its supposed to be hooked up somewhere..... does anyone know??

its a 2006 dodge dakota SLT V6 3.7liter

I don't know myself but, could it be a drain hose for possible moisture in the box?

uh im not sure thats possible. i just got my truck a couple months ago and the first time i checked the entire cover to the box was off and i just now realized that hose. but i found a place where it could possibly connect to but its really dirty and i just didn't know what to do about it

it could connect to the pcv.

Why don't you get it checked by any person who knows it better? Taking risks for vehicles can be dangerous right?
