Default Anyone know where the Governor Pressure Sensor is on a transmission?

I just purchased a 1997 V8 Dakota. It had a CEL, which turned out to be a single code

P1764 - Governor Pressure Sensor voltage too low / below 0.10V

The transmission is clearly in limp mode. Because it only threw one code, my first thought is that there is a chaffed wiring harness somewhere between the governor pressure sensor and the PCM. The problem is, I don't know which wiring harness by the transmission goes to the sensor, or which pins on the PCM are on the other end. My Chilton's manual has nothing on this topic. Any ideas where I should look for the sensor or which harness it is?
