My buddies truck has an intermittent rough idle and acceleration mostly around stop and go traffic good on freeway. Changed plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter and pump. No change. Truck has 210k miles all cyl compression ck at 130. No ck engine light. Have ran a can of sea foam through it, no change. Looking for a little help.
