My truck keep backfiring when I'm driving, and cutting off?

 

Did you have your check engine light on? When was the last time you had a full engine tune up? Ignition misfires can be caused by bad tune up part and/or ignition coil/s. There could also be other causes, like bad spark plugs or plug wires. It's still best to have an experienced technician take a look at it to be sure. Hope you get her fixed.
