I am noticing a surging while driving at a constant speed on hilly terrain. I seems like it wants to downshift but it goes back into gear with no pedal position change. I can feel it jerk or hesitate and see the tach change for less then a second then settle back to cruising rpm. I am torn between this being a throttle position sensor, some sort of transmission glitch or a speed sensor malfunction. This happens even more when the cruise control is activated. Any other thoughts?
