Can 37's fit on stock rims?

Can 37's fit on stock rims?
I have a couple questions....I have a 99 dodge ram sport 1500 with a 3" body lift and a 3" suspension lift and i have the 2000 and 2001 17" off-road rims that are 17X8 with 315/70/17 tires on them and I was wondering if i could fit 37" tires and if so will they fit on those rims or do I need wider rims? If anybody could give me some info on this i would really appreciate it.
