my tranny gears are grinding PLEASE HELP

Default my tranny gears are grinding PLEASE HELP

i have a 90 dodge ram d250 and i have checked the gear oil and it is fine and i have filled the slave cylinder back up with fluid i thought that was the problem i cant get out of second without the tranny grinding it is the 4 speed granny gear i dont know what the problem is i dont know if u can adjust the clutch it has a brand new clutch and slave cylinder in the truck if u know anyway that i can fix this help me please

Did you bleed the slave cylinder?????? Hydralic clutches have minimal adjustments.
