Speedometer problem

Speedometer problem
If my 92' 150 sits for a couple of days the speedometer wants to jump up to 100 mph when I'm moving 20 to 25 MPH. After driving for a few miles it will slowly work it's way back to being accurate. I have no idea what the problem is here. Help is appreciated.
