I have a 2001 ram 1500 5.9L FI gas engine that came with a factory towing package. It does good but I would like to have more towing power when climbing. There are lots of chips, exhausts and more on the net but I am a novice and don't know which direction to go. A technician told me I needed an after market camshaft. Could someone provide input on the best way to get that extra little bit of power. Thanks!
