98 dodge help

i have a 98 dodge 1500 sport 4X4. There is water coming out the exhaust bolts holes for the number 7 cyclinder. Are the studs for that cyclinder used to keep the water from coming out?

There would be leakage in your bolts this would be the reason for your problem.
