Default What could be the problem?

A co-worker of mine has a 95 Dodge 2500 2wd that he is trying to sell. It has a V10 in it.
It has a trans issue though. All the forward gears work fine. But it has no reverse.
What COULD be the problem?
Another co-worker told me it is a servo. But my brother who also works where I do talked to a auto parts place and asked them. They said it doesn't have a servo. My brother coincidentally is interested in the truck. Any insight into what could be the problem with this trans would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That happened to me,

Turned out I had to adjust the 1st gear band in the transmission. it was super easy and took about 2 mins to do..

Sad thing is, it took me 8 months with out reverse before I tried that.

Thanks Nathan. I'll pass the info on to my brother.
We'll see what happens.
