replacing drive belt tensioner any advise ?

Default replacing drive belt tensioner any advise ?
I'm getting ready to replace the serpentine driver belt and it's tensioner on my 2000 ram 1500 3.9 L V6. Is there any thing about replacing this tensioner that is difficult ? Thanks for any input
