You need to fix your heater controller.
It is possible to have your heat with AC
Air Conditioning is basically the removal of moisture from the air. whether it's hot or cold.

Cool air feels cooler with the humidity (moisture) removed
Hot air can be delivered with no moisture (AC)

Arrow Heat Controller??

Are you talking the Heater Control Valve or replacing the Unit on the Dash Panel (3 *****)???

Im not Car savvy so i dont know what is what. But i do know im tired of driving around in 90+ degrees. I need my defroster on living in the northwest but i cant adjust the temp.......tired of being hot. Rolling down a window helps but with all the rain its not good either.

thanks

Without seeing it.. It's difficult to do a proper diagnoses.
It definitely needs the controller fixed.
Are your controls digital push button or are they slide mechanical ?

Broken vacuum line. I've fixed this problem numerous times, always the same problem. Broken vacuum line somewhere under the hood.
