I have a 1998 Ford truck that had a lift kit on it when I got it. It will not go in reverse (standard transmission) it just has a whining grinding sound and acts like it is not going down far enough to get in gear. I had someone tell me that it could be a problem with the lift kit causing the gear not to be able to fully engage. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated
