Default 302 with no compression

Hey guys, my brothers got an 87 f-150 with a 95 302 in it we just put new head gaskets in it and now for some stupid reason we have no compression and it won't run worth a ****. Is there something were not thinking of? Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated we have no idea. Thanks guys
