Default Exhaust recommendations?

Hey everyone! I've got a few questions for everyone that I need others opinions on. First off I am currently about to fix my cat converter considering it is making these chirping noises upon acceleration. So i decided that I would take the cat off and what remains of the tail pipe (most has rusted off) I am looking for an exhaust system to put on it after i remove the cat, straight piped to be exact... any suggestions? Please feel free to give feedback, Thanks!

Here is a photo of what remains of the current tail pipe.

Depending on the area you live in... the environmentalist are getting the backing of the governments to crack down on people removing pollution control devises on their vehicles.
So be aware, removing your Cat may subject you to a fine in a road side inspection.
This doesn't mean you can't modify your truck to improve fuel econamy and performance.
Some guys will go as far as to clean out their Cat and reinstall it.

MBRP make a great aftermarket performance exhaust.

Would you recommend taking off the cat and straight piping directly from the manifold to the tip? or gut the cat, then replace rusted tail pipe with straight pipe from the cat back?
