i have a 98 ford f-150,and it just started happening,but when i turn to the right only,i hear a real bad squeaking noise,it stops when i straighten up the wheel again,but it is getting so annoying.

 

Have your check under the right wheel to see if anything look like has been rubbing there, jack it up turn all the way to the right and manualy turn by hand the wheel to see if you can duplicate the sound you should be able to do that and hear where the noise is coming from good luck buddy.
