Can anyone tell me what model this F150 is? It's a 2009 F150 4x4 8 cylinder 4.6L.

Also, what comes with this truck if it's "Fully loaded".

Its impossible to say from the image. Ford should come in XL, XLT, SXT, Lariat and Raptor that year. This truck has the base 4.6L V8, so its not "loaded". With the Chrome, I'm willing to bet its an XLT model. XLT would have all of 2009's standard "nice features". Probably satellite radio, power everythng, maybe an Aux input. The truck was re-designed that year, so it was all-new inside.

Incidentally, it has one of the greatest motors Ford ever produced. I have the 4.6 in a Mercury Grand Marquis, and it gives me almost no problems ever!
