ok i recently had my second spark plug blowout/6 to go lol. anyway has anyone taken heads of an 04 4v 5.4 and put on an 02 2v 5.4 block. i use this truck tremendously and i love it... money is no option compared to buying new truck i just dnt want any worries as far as this issue is concerned. Or any recomendations on best aftermarket head manufacturer thank you

 

If you have the heads off do all 8 repair threads (a lot easier especially those back ones)
