1990 f250 extended cab

Question 1990 f250 extended cab
My question is, What would make the front of my truck keep going straight on wet or slick road when the wheel are turned? Dont know if this happens in 4 wheel, probably not since they would be pulling, only does in 2 wheel. Any help would be appreciated.
