2004 6.0 oil cooler failure

2004 6.0 oil cooler failure
We found oil in the cooling system last night. The dealer claims they have had problems with the 6.0 oil coolers failing causing oil to get into the cooling system. anyone else had this happen to them. If so what kind of problems did it cause.
