Thumbs down 2010 Ford F250

Our truck stays parked in a closed garage most of the time. We have a cabin in Missouri and only drive it when we have a trailer load of building materials/supplies to take up there. On two separate occasions we have had a big problem, with the AC blowing wood particles and grass cutting debris through the vents. The first time I was cutting boards for a deck 15 foot away from the truck. When we got in the truck and turned the AC on, treated wood fiber particles were literally blowing out of the vents, inside the truck. The second time was when I was just cutting grass, in the yard around the truck. The same thing happened again, when we turned the AC on. We have had three Ford trucks over the years, and have NEVER had this problem. Trucks do not typically have cabin air filters like most cars. There should be some sort of panel/filter coming off the fresh-air intake in this Ford F250 diesel truck, to prevent this from happening. The Ford Dealership supposedly checked it out and said everything was fine, and that they could not duplicate the problem. Has anyone had such a problem with the fresh-air intake allowing whatever it comes in contact with, to blow out inside the truck?
