4x4 and cruse not working

I have a 03 f350 drw 7.3. The cruse and 4x4 will not work. I have replaced the tc motor and the switch and all the wiring looks good. Any one have any ideas before i take it in to the dr's??? Thank you!!

have you checked the fuses and the relays?

Yes i have and they all look good. I don't know what relays go to them or where to find them.
