New poster here - I'm doing this for my dad. He's in his 70's and refuses to touch a computer. My brother gave him a new Tundra a couple of years back and I thought he got rid of his old Ford. Today he tells me he still has it, up on blocks. He starts it up once a week but he's just been sitting on it. So I need some help finding a fair value on this truck and would rather hit an afficionados forum instead of Ebay.

This is unreal - you will not find many like this one!!!!!

One owner 1978 3/4 ton Four wheel drive 4 spd standard with 400cc engine. Never wrecked. Never has needed any major engine work. He wasn't sure of the exact miles but it has less than 120,000 miles. And here is the kicker - he is meticulous beyond your imagination. He says he has a record of every repair ever done and every tank of gas ever put in the thing! It is straight, a desert truck with no rust. It will start up and drive away right now. Has an old Gem Top camper on it - I grew up riding in this thing. It is a beast. A real truck - sprung like a wagon, big and rough. But you are seriously not going to find very many in original condition like this one.

So give me some advice. Approximate value? Best way to sell it? I need some help.
