Exclamation PLEASE HELP! 89 f250 no brake lights, hazards or blinkers in rear

I have a 1989 ford f250. For some reason I have hazards and blinkers in the front of my truck, but none in the back. I also do not have brake lights in the back. The reverse lights and tail lights work fine.
Help??

I would start in the engine bay and with a multimeter test the wiring harness to the rear and work my way back looking for the break in the circuit
