ive got a ? right now i have a 2003 chev silverado 1500hd with 69000 miles and a guy wants to trade me stright up for his f35o 7.3L 4x4 with 190,000 is that alot of miles for that truck

Some of these diesels will runup to 300,000 miles. Ive heard on other forums that some guy's have that on their trucks. I think the condition of the truck would be as important as the miliage. Mine has a factory warranty to 100,000 miles standard because they last a long time.

 

I think is a fair trade.Unless you already put good mods on your truck. Would you mind letting us see your truck here. and the F350?

190 isnt bad for the diesel engine, but you have to take into consideration the trans and other parts. diesels will go many miles but the mechanical things go bad. if the body is solid and trans shifts ok i think its a good deal. i have a 95 f350 with the 351 with 176000 on it and it still runs good with no problems.
